Christian Education, Kevin Ingram:
1. Responsible for the Education and Discipleship of KPC from the cradle to life everlasting.
2. Plan, organize, and implement Christian Education and Formation programs, Nursery care, Sunday
school curriculum, teacher training, enlistment, preparation, and scheduling.
3. Youth confirmation and activities.
4. Adult Studies, including Small Group Studies.
5. Westminster Woods Camp Scholarships, Vacation Bible school and other activities.
Fellowship, Barbara Wright:
1. Plan and put on the Harvest Chili-Chowder Dinners, Presbyterian Women, Men's Fellowship, Home
Fellowships, Dinner for Six, Church picnic.
2. Keep the kitchen supplies in stock.
Finance and Treasury, Neil Towne
1. Work alongside of the treasurer, financial secretary, Pastor and others to build a realistic budget.
2. Implementation of Budget, Annual Stewardship Drive.
3. Send out annual statements, develop a narrative budget.
4. Encourage and educate the congregation in working toward tithing or increasing their giving as they
are so moved.
5. Other responsibilities: Memorial and Endowment funds.
Membership, Kathy Jansen:
1. Invite church guests to become members of KPC.
2. Hold member brunches.
3. Examine and keep current all church roles.
4. Develop a process to welcome first time guests to KPC and visitor follow up.
5. Help new members connect with KPC.
6. Keep connected to all members.
7. Nominating Committee.
Mission and Community Outreach, Bobbie Towne:
1. Mission Interpretation of four offerings: Peacemaking, One Great Hour of Sharing, Pentecost and
Christmas Joy.
2. Two-Cents-A-Meal: Work with Presbyterian Women with the mission to the Romanian Orphans.
3. Develop publicity for KPC events through Newspaper, Television, Radio, and Website.
4. Plan special events to reach out to the community, to KPC and be the liaison with the facility user
groups.
5. Housing Task Force and Church Growth Planning Task Force.
Personnel, Steve Brookes:
1. Review and evaluation of the Staff at KPC, make recommendations for salary increases, advertise
and form search committees when there is a vacancy for all staff except the pastor.
Property, Ray Mostin & Gary Olson:
1. Maintain all the facilities at KPC: Church, Heritage Hall, and Manse.
2. The Architectural oversight of the grounds and surrounding property along with Manse rental and
maintenance.
3. Equipment purchases.
4. Facility rentals by outside organizations.
5. Plan four seasonal workdays to: Check and/or Replace Facility Equipment, inside and out.
6. Establish a five year plan for differed maintenance.
7. Review all rental fees and make recommendations for increases.
Worship and Music, Bev Bresso:
1. Plan Sunday worship in conjunction with the Pastor, choir director, organist and other musicians.
2. Seasonal events, replace sanctuary candles and maintain altarware.
3. Enlist and train greeters, liturgists, and techies.
